Types of Events Hosted
Woldenberg Park is home to the annual French Quarter Fest and provides an ideal setting for events large and small, including but not limited to festivals, concerts, picnics, corporate events, school performances, press conferences, races, and family reunions. Some of the iconic events and festivals held here annually include Top Taco Festival, Wine on the River, the Sista Strut race, Fried Chicken Festival, Zulu Lundi Gras Festival, and New Orleans Oyster Festival.
Attendees will be just steps away from the park's incredible attractions, including Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium.
Size of Events Hosted
Our space can accommodate up to 180,000 visitors per day on the rolling lawns, although we also host small gatherings for up to 2,000 attendees and any number of guests in between. Five separate stage areas are available so you can customize the layout based on crowd size, type of event, and other factors. Our specialists can help you plan the perfect set-up for ideal flow and logistics.
Services Provided
When you hold your event at Woldenberg Park, we offer electrical services and equipment furnished by licensed electricians. Other services include sanitation management, on-site media assistance for festivals, and production assistance, with the aim of creating a seamless experience for your guests. Audubon Nature Institute can also help you manage vendor load-in and load-out and provide logistical support through the planning process and during the event itself.
