Wild Nights—Insect Adventure

Ever wonder which marvelous moths and beautiful beetles are out and about at night? Join Audubon entomologists at Audubon Wilderness Park and learn about the fascinating things that fly after dark. You’ll see many insects while hiking a trail and even more that are attracted to lights at Audubon’s Wilderness Park on the West Bank of New Orleans.

- Each Wild Night is from 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- $115/person Members; $125/person Non-Members (plus sales tax)

Age: Guests must be 8 years of age or older. The adult to child ratio is 3 children to 1 adult.

Wild Nights are only held in the summer. There are no more dates scheduled for 2017.

Time: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Location: Audubon Wilderness Park (located within Freeport-McMoRan Audubon Species Survival Center)

Registrations are not available.

Registration includes a Subway sandwich dinner, an insect collecting kit, a headlamp and Exclusive Wild Nights collectible water bottle. Let us know of any food allergies or known allergies to insect bites or stings. The registration fee includes a ticket to Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium to use at a later date.

The rain date for each night will be the night following the originally scheduled date. The max number of people for each adventure is 20.
