Teach Wild: A Lesson on Marine Debris

Keep Louisiana Beautiful logo

2018 and 2019: An opportunity to embark on an exploration of marine debris and its impact on ocean wildlife.

Situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, New Orleans is the perfect place to embark on an in-depth exploration of marine debris. With interactive activities and demonstrations, this event will inform regional educators about marine debris and its impact on ocean wildlife. Highlighting Aquarium-based content and the Washed Ashore: Art to Save the Seas installation, we will help teachers inspire their students and empower their local communities.
