Q: Where can I park?
Guests are welcome to park in the Zoo’s public parking lot free of charge.
Q: Where should I go when I arrive at the Zoo?
Guests should proceed to the Zoo’s front gate, where they will check in. The Swamp Train will pick guests up outside the front gate at 6 p.m. and take them to the new lion habitat for cocktails until 6:30 p.m. From the lion habitat, the Swamp Train will take guests to the Louisiana Swamp for dinner. The Swamp Train and both dining locations are handicap-accessible.
Q: What time should I arrive?
The Swamp Train will depart to bring guests to the lion habitat promptly at 6 p.m., so please arrive early enough to park and check in by 5:30 p.m.
At 6:30 p.m., the Swamp Train will bring guests from the lion habitat to the Louisiana Swamp, with dinner being served at 7 p.m.
Q: What if I need to leave early?
If a guest should need to depart early, the Swamp Train will be available to bring them back to the front gate.

Q: What are the seating arrangements?
Q: Will I get to see animals?
We will have animal care staff chats at both the lions habitat and in the Louisiana Swamp. There will be animals visible in some habitats, and we plan to have encounters with some of our Animal Ambassadors available, however, the welfare of the animals in our care is our top priority, so it’s always up to them if they’d prefer to be in their night house or not to participate in training or guest interactions. For this reason, we never guarantee animal encounters. We appreciate your understanding!
Q: Will there be a vegetarian option? What should I do if I have strict dietary allergy?
Q: What happens if there’s bad weather the night of the dinner?
In the event that the dinner cannot proceed as scheduled because of inclement weather, guests will be offered the option of using their ticket at a future dinner or receiving a refund.
Q: I bought a ticket but am unable to attend. Will I receive a refund?
