Canal Place Validation Procedures – Gateless Entry (Effective August 1st)

  • Guests park in the Canal Place garage and pay up front.
  • To validate parking, guests provide their license plate number to Guest Services attendant, who enters information into the Premium Parking portal.
  • Guests would receive a $2.50 instant refund

Premium Parking Pay Machine

There is one pay machine at each elevator landing in the Canal Place Parking garage. Guest validation for payment through the garage’s pay machine does not include a $2.50 instant refund, but instead provides a wallet credit through the Premium platform (App, TextPay, Website) for a future parking session. Premium Parking has communicated that the reason for this exception is due to software differences between the in-app payment system and the 3rd party pay machine system.
