Dazzle mom this Mother's Day and make her feel special by booking the Audubon Tea Room Mother's Day Brunch. Mom will be pampered with a complimentary "Mom-osa," live entertainment, and a decadent buffet.
Included, enjoy admission into Audubon Zoo for the day. Excitement includes Grammy® Award winning Irma Thomas serenading guests under the oaks from 2:30 - 4 p.m. on the Capital One Bank Stage where she has headlined this event for more than three decades. Q: Is there live music? Will I be able to hear Irma Thomas from the Tea Room?
There will be a jazz band playing during brunch. Irma is scheduled to start after brunch ends.
Q: Can I purchase tickets at the doorNo; advance purchase is required.
Q: Do I need a ticket for my child under 5 years old?
Yes; all guests need a ticket in order to ensure proper spacing. When purchasing tickets, please choose the "Child Under 5" ticket, which is free of charge, but will ensure your party will have adequate space. Children under 5 without a ticket will not be admitted.
Q: When should I arrive?
Arrive within the first thirty minutes of your seating time. Please do not arrive sooner than your seating time. Note: The Audubon Tea Room will be closed between seatings 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. to reset the room.
Q: Where should I enter?
Please enter via the Jerome S. Glazer Audubon Tea Room front doors. The Tea Room is located to the left of the Zoo's main entrance.
Q: What should I wear?
The dress code for this event is casual.
Q: Where should I park?
You can park in the Zoo parking lot as space allows however large crowds are anticipated. Please allow ample time to find parking. Additional parking may be available on Magazine Street and the Riverview.
Q: Will I receive a refund if I am unable to attend?
There are no refunds or rainchecks. If you are unable to attend, your ticket purchase will be considered a donation to Audubon Nature Institute.
