J. Kelly Duncan

J. Kelly Duncan is a partner in Jones Walker’s Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He also serves as the head of the firm’s Gaming practice and is the Immediate Past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Louisiana Super Lawyers, Chambers Global Guide and in Chambers USA – America’s Leading Business Lawyers. Mr. Duncan has an A.B., cum laude, from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Tulane University. Mr. Duncan is Chairman of the Board of the Bureau of Governmental Research and is a member of the Vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church. He is the Past President of each of the Audubon Nature Institute, the Louisiana Children’s Museum and the Louisiana Nature and Science Center, and is (or has been) a member of the board of a number of other civic, education and professional organizations.
