Frances Gray Fayard is a social activist and a philanthropist. Frances served in the Clinton Administration from 1992-1996. She serves on the Audubon Commission, Second Harvest Food Bank Board, the Xavier University Board of Visitors, Newman School Advancement Committee, Women of the Storm and the New Orleans Charter School for Math & Science. Ms. Fayard has played an active role in Democratic fundraising on a local and national level. Frances is a proud native Arkansan having grown up in Little Rock. She resides in New Orleans with her nine year old son, Carter and husband, Calvin and three stepchildren, Chalyn, Caroline and Trey. Ms. Fayard received a JD from the Loyola School of Law in New Orleans and her BS from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
