School Programs

Learn about the wonders of nature with Audubon Nature Institute’s Classroom Programs!

Currently, all School Programs are offered virtually over Zoom. Audubon Nature Institute values the accessibility that virtual programs offer.

Ideal for classrooms, homeschoolers, and other small-group settings, each 45-minute program includes interaction with Audubon educators and special visits from live ambassador animals here at Audubon Zoo. These programs feature science topics aligned with Louisiana State Science Standards and are specifically designed for K-12 classrooms.

Virtual programs are currently available Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Please book at least three weeks in advance as availability is limited and reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
