Conservation Heroes Summer Camp

A group of boys with painted faces attend the Zoo Explorers Summer Camp at Audubon Zoo.

There are quite a few New Orleans summer camps to choose from and at this age, your child has specific interests. Audubon Conservation Heroes Camp is for those children that are interested in animals and learning about the natural environment.

Conservation Heroes will learn how they can become the next leaders in conservation, while engaging in hands-on activities, games and projects, weekly field trips, meeting animals and exploring the outdoors.

Audubon Nature Institute strives to accommodate all interested children. Please understand that our camps are very active, with multiple transitions and sensory changes throughout the day. All campers are expected to follow directions and safety rules. If you have specific concerns, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
