Special Events and Projects

Visitors learn about bugs at ZOObilation, the Audubon member event at Audubon Zoo.

With ten facilities across the New Orleans community, there’s always something happening at Audubon Nature Institute. Episodic volunteer opportunities range from planting trees to removing invasive species to beautifying Audubon’s parks and grounds. Plus, volunteers can support Audubon by helping out with special events after hours events for adults and kids!

Special events and projects volunteers can sign up for opportunities as their schedules allow, making it a great way to get involved.
